ROBOTIC OR AUTOMATIC WELDING OPERATOR TRAINING

This course is designed to enable set-up personnel to determine weld parameters and apply production welds.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
1. Welding machine variables.
2. Metal transfer and shielding gases.
3. Welding fixturing and limitations.
4. Gun angles and their effect on weld quality.
5. Visual weld inspection.
6. Production weld qualification.

PREREQUISITE: Familiar with robot programming.
